Andrew Ashley his son James and their team are friendly, polite and incredibly hard working. They demolished our existing garage and constructed the annex adhering to strict building regulations following approved plans. The site was left in a safe and tidy condition at the end of everyday. Before work began on site Andrew spent time giving me a clear explanation about the process and what to expect and he provided me with samples of the materials for my approval. He helped me to understand and weigh up the pros and cons of various options i.e. doors and windows. Andrew and James worked efficiently, tidily and to clear time scales throughout the process. Any unexpected issues that arose were dealt with constructively and without fuss. The various professionals they brought in to do different areas of the work arrived on schedule, were fully briefly and their work checked afterwards.
